I enjoy the opening day of Dove season, then spend the next few months trying to find that elusive buck. I do a little hunting for bushy tails from time to time, but my #1 hunting passion would have to be Turkeys.

My favorite species is deer and dove. One day I hope to take up turkey hunting, but I first must learn the calls. What I can't figure out is that when I am deer hunting, I see lots of turkeys around me and most would be within range of a shotgun. I wonder if hunting turkeys from a treestand would work? I might try that one day.
