I don't know of any right now, but you might want to try looking in the Fayetteville area. They have lots of birds, from what I hear. If I see or hear of any hunt that is open to the public, I will post it here.
Welcome to the forums here.

Oh yea, still here. I like your avatar. I have never shot a flintlock before. I have used percussion caps though.

Well, I've hunted through the 60s/70s/80/s following the evolution that most folks do...more and different hunting rifles, shotguns. handguns, bows, and finally muzzleloaders in the late 80s.
Caplocks, then Flintlocks, real black powder, and patch round balls...put the hunt back into hunting for me...quit using centerfires altogether several years ago and hunt / shoot Flintlocks year round now...deer, turkey, crows, doves, etc...no longer driven by the "how many" did I get like when I was younger...the past several years it's been the "how" did I get them.
Ironically, all the biggest and best quality bucks of 40+ years of hunting have been with Flintlocks and patched balls...since they are shorter range open sighted rifles than a Remington 700 with a big Leupold, I had to really learn a different way to deer hunt, and what that really turned out to be was that I finally learned to deer hunt...no more sitting over power lines or soybean fields...had to get into the thick stuff, find out where they bedded, find where they traveled, set up on the trails in & out of the bedding areas, etc...also enjoyed filling my Turkey tags this spring with a Flintlock smoothbore & #6s.
I'm not a purist by any means...I wear normal modern warm dry clothes and boots...I just use a Flintlock for the actual hunting like the settlers did a couple hundred years ago...all set for "Flintlock Doves" over Labor Day weekend...if you get an interest, be glad to share anything/everything I've learned.

I'll bet that there are many, many stories that you can tell. I love to hunt with a black powder weapon during the muzzleloading season, but I like to shoot with a modern weapon during the gun season. It helps me to practice proper herd management and trophy management is important here. I must admit that shooting black powder weapons is far more fun than shooting modern weapons. The impact of a 50 caliber round ball is something to see to be believed. Don't mean to be gory, but for a "primitive" weapon, it is not primitive at all.

There is usually a paid dove hunt at Tyson's farm just south of Fayetteville in the Gray's Creek community. I think it is right off of highway 87 about 4-5 miles south of the city of Fayetteville. I have hunted there a time or two. Nothing fancy, but usually has some birds. It may be a little crowded though.

Thanks...I've also heard about a Tyson's Farm dove shoot south east of Fayetteville although this guy said it was at Elizabethtown...must be the same one...somewhere down along 87 towards Elizabethtown...and I worry that it'll be crowded too but it's the only place I know of so far...figured if I learn it a little on Saturday, then go back again Monday it might not be so crowded...thanks again

No, that's simply a cut & paste from the N&O...you'd have to call them
