Can I really use your website to put my hunting and fishing pictures online?

Yes, you may. There is a digital picture tutorial here that gives a basic understanding on how to resize pictures. If you need to rotate or resize your pictures before uploading, please read the tutorial. Most modern digital cameras can and will take pictures that are over 1.5 megabytes in size. This server will not handle any picture over 2 megabytes in size. If you try to upload a picture larger than that, it will be rejected. Just resize before sending. Remember, you will have to manually create your album before uploading pictures to it. Once you have your album and pictures online, browse to it in your browser and you will have the link to the album in your browsers address bar. Copy and paste this address into an email message and you can send the link to anyone you wish! This makes it easy to share your album with others.

Why do you require Registration?

It is not required to view the web page. However, when dealing with an interactive website where words and pictures are allowed to be submitted by others, registration is a technical function that disallows anyone from just posting anything.
Ever received a junk email, pop-up window, or a browser hijack on a webpage? These things happen frequently on web pages that allow anonymous posting of content. We do not like such material on the internet and we will do our part to not allow it on our website.
Rest assured that any information submitted to us during the registration process (email address) will stay with this website and will not be given away, sold, or otherwise transferred to another party for any reason whatsoever. The e-mail address that you submit is used only for confirming your registration details and password, and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one. Registration only takes a minute and is free.

What happens during Registration?

When you register and login to this website, a "cookie" (which is a very small file that will allow you to be recognized by this webpage) will be placed on your computer. This file is not spyware, adware, or a virus. It is a very normal function of PHP programming and it enables SQL database transactions (information exchange between web server and browser). In short, it does not track you or your internet habits, it only recognizes you as being allowed to post content here. If you wish to always remain logged in when you visit this webpage, do not logout. This way you will always be logged in automatically when you visit. If you delete your cookies as part of a routine computer maintenance, you will need to "reset" the cookie. Resetting a cookie is a fancy way of saying "logging in again".
