We want to Hunt. We will Hunt Responsibly. We want Irresponsible Hunting to end.

We wish to present to the citizens of North Carolina a platform for hunters and non-hunters alike to openly discuss Hunting, which is passionately supported by some and yet disliked just as passionately by others. We are interested in making the sport of hunting more tolerant and acceptable by non-hunters, more enjoyable for responsible hunters, and safer for all citizens.

Our Purpose is to share our ideas, methods, manners, ethics, and information about hunting.

This website is open to all hunters and non-hunters alike. We welcome any comments, positive or negative, from anyone. We realize that that there are a lot of people who are very inconvenienced by the act of hunting and they should be given the opportunity to express their concerns to the sporting public and their legislators. They too should have a strong voice about people participating hunting in the vicinity of their presence. The voice heard should be their own.

We are not about the political movement of animal rights activists. But rather, hunting can be and is very intimidating to many citizens whose lives are inconvenienced and interrupted by hunting for several months out of each year. Hunting can easily co-exist peacefully with society. Only the attitude of the hunter and the manner of hunting needs to change.

The hunting laws in the state of North Carolina have not changed much in the last 60 years at the state level. With the exception of laws enacted on the local level (state laws that apply to individual counties only), there has been literally no change in the manner of hunting sport animals. It is not our primary mission to encourage political and legislative change, but we will also not overlook a lack of change either. We feel that there are more people inconvenienced by hunting than those who participate in hunting. Up to this point, this has not been acknowledged or addressed. This website is now addressing it. Will this be addressed by the powers that be?
